Krista Wittman is a registered patent attorney. She received a Juris Doctorate degree from Willamette University in 2003, a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from the University of Rochester in 2005, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Washington in 2000.

She works in all areas of intellectual property law, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, licensing, and litigation support. Krista has filed patent and trademark applications on behalf of clients active in the cannabis industry in Washington state and is versed in addressing cannabis industry client needs in the face of an evolving legal landscape, both within Washington state and on the federal level.

Krista is a Seattle native who has traveled abroad extensively. Krista is licensed to practice law in Washington state and is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office.
